Pastair AB secures venture capital to fund the market launch of the new technology for cold pasteurisation. Southern Swedish Entrepreneur Fund will be partners with the private equity firm Augmenta and Sparbanksstiftelsen Skåne Private Equity Foundation.

Pastair install the first machine outside of Scandinavia
Pastair AB is in the process of installing the first machine outside of Scandinavia. The installation is intended to process heat sensitive liquid foods that can not use conventional heat pasteurisation.

Vinnova finance research project for Pastair AB
Pastair AB plans for a project to test the new pastairizing” technology on the cheese milk in cheese production in 2011. VINNOVA, Swedish Governmental Agency for Innovation Systems, has decided to fund the project with approximately EUR 100 000.
